As many of you already know, we recently launched a food drive campaign in support of “The Back Door Mission” in Oshawa, whose main focus is to help relieve poverty in our community. We put a call out to our clients to join us by dropping off non-perishable food items at our office.

The response was overwhelming.

We were able to collect approximately 200 food items, along with a few cash donations. For our part, Compass Wealth Partners is happy to announce we were able to match every non-perishable item with a $2 donation; we also matched the cash donations. The Back Door Mission runs a Meals Program; therefore all cash donations will go towards this initiative.

Together, we were able to help those in our community who are in need right now.
